区域发展能力理论——一个初步分析框架

摘　　要：以空间功能优化为区域发展的前提,并把人的全面发展问题引入区域发展,我们面对的空间就是异质的,主体也是异质的。从此现实基础出发,确立区域发展和人的全面发展的逻辑关系,必须完成区域发展理论从"要素论"到"功能论"再到"能力论"的转化,形成区域发展能力理论。这一理论的初步分析框架,由定义、坐标系、构成要素、生成条件等内容组成。If we take the space function optimization as the precondition of regional development, and include the issue of all-round development of man in it, the space we are faced with, as well as the subject, is heterogeneous. Therefore, the establishment of the logic relationship between regional development and all-round development of man requires that the regional development theory must complete the from-element-to-function-then-to-capacity transformation, so as to form the regional development capacity theory. This paper proposes a preliminary analysis framework of the regional development capacity theory, which is composed of the definition, the coordinate system, the inscape, and the formation condition.
