基于工学结合、校企合作的高职顶岗实习教育与管理对策的探究——以广西工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：顶岗实习是工学结合、校企合作的重要形式,是高职教学的重要环节。高职院校组织在校生参与顶岗实习的过程中,要面临学生、学校、企业三方面的适应调整过程,需要针对出现的教育和管理问题制定对策。本文分析了顶岗实习三大问题,从制度和组织建设、教学计划调整、学生教育等方面给出了解决对策。Internship is an important form of work-integrated learning and school-enterprise cooperation and key step in vocational college teaching.The college must face the adjustment process from the students,the college and the enterprises,and the college should establish countermeasure for the problems when the college organizes the internship.This article analyzes the three problems raised from the internship and raises the countermeasures according to the institutions and organization construction,the teaching plan adjustment and students education.
