摘　　要：加强高校学习型领导班子建设,是贯彻落实党的十七届六中全会精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,提高高校领导班子办学治校能力,推进高等教育健康发展的迫切需要,必须采取多种形式,更新学习理念,转变学习方式。Strengthening the construction of college learning leadership team is to implement the spirit of the party＇s seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences and ＂national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan＂,and is an urgent need to improve university leadership,and promote the healthy development of higher education,so we should adopt various styles to update learning concept and transform learning style.
