摘　　要：由于目前巴布剂的在线检测尚未形成一定的标准化、工业化,设计了一种基于FPGA的在线检测系统,利用巴布剂合格产品与瑕疵产品外观上的图像特征进行判定识别来检测巴布剂的质量。本设计系统以DE2开发板为平台,QuartusⅡ9.0为开发软件,用Verilog HDL实现对巴布剂图像的在线获取、判定识别及判定结果反馈。经多次现场试验结果证明,该设计系统有良好的工程可行性和可靠性。The present on-line detection system of Cataplasm cannot yet form standardization and industrialization,this article puts forward a system that uses the pictures of qualified products or unqualified products of cataplasm to detect its quality.This system bases on QuartusⅡ9.0 on the DE2 board,uses Verilog HDL to achieve the extraction of pictures and detection and feedback.The number of field experiments proves this on-line detection system which possesses well feasibility and reliability in project.
