摘　　要：造就创业型人才是高职教育人才培养的目标之一,但是,如何有效地培养和造就创业型人才却是个尚未完全解决的课题。本文通过对顶岗实习后的学生调查研究,认为:实行顶岗实训制度可以提高创业意识和创业自信心,培养创业意识和创业自信心是造就创业型人才的关键。To cultivate talents with entrepreneurial skills is a goal of higher vocational education,but how to cultivate this kind of talents is still a problem to be solved.After an investigation on students after post practice,the writer holds that post practice system can help improve students＇ entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial confidence,while the cultivation of entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial confidence is the key of cultivating talents with entrepreneurial skills.
