试论大学新生的能力贫困

摘　　要：大学新生能力贫困是指大学新生因求学环境变化而引发的生存能力、生活能力及学习能力等多元能力的匮乏与不足。这一问题若不及时得到关注和解决,将制约他们在大学期间各方面的健康成长。应试教育是导致大学新生能力贫困的主要原因。为此,在各级各类教育中应营造注重职业生涯规划教育的育人氛围;大学要创新思路,科学设置入学教育;大学新生要志存高远,让自己的内心不断强大起来。The freshmen＇s capacity defect refers to the students＇s lack of survival,living and study abilities due to the changes of the studying environment. If this problem can＇t be timely noticed and solved,it may exert a negative effect on the students healthy development. The study shows the test-oriented education is to blame for this problem, As a result,we should create an educational atmosphere which focuses on the students＇ carter planning and change our way of thinking and provide scientific pre-school education as well as encourage the freshmen to be self-confident and set up their own aims for the future.
