摘　　要：随着就业形势的日趋严峻,大学生就业能力培养成为高校的一项重要工作。本文从树立全程指导,提前规划的思想,采取分类指导重点突破的战略,调动各种资源形成良好的外部环境,提炼学生内功,创新各种载体等五个方面论述提高学生就业能力的对策。With the employment situation becoming more and more severe,the cultivation of college students＇ employment ability has become an important work for colleges.This paper expounds strategies of improving college students＇ employment ability from five aspects：to establish whole-process supervision,to plan in advance,to adopt the strategy of classified supervision and key breakthrough,to motivate various resources to form good external environment,to abstract students＇ inner accomplishment and to innovate various carriers.
