关于环境法教学改革的思考

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和科学技术的进步,环境污染、生态破坏和资源危机等环境问题相当突出。环境法的地位和作用越来越突出。但在法学教学中,环境法课程的地位和作用远没有得到重视,教学效果也并不理想。本文拟从师资力量、课堂教学、教材建设等方面对环境法的教学提出相应的改革措施。With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,environmental pollution,ecological damage and resource crisis are more and more severe.Environmental law is leading a more and more important role,but Environmental Law Course has not obtained a position and a value that it should obtain.Its teaching effect is not good.The paper analyses the causes of problems,and advises what to reform Environmental Law Course in teacher,textbook and so on.
