西部地区高等旅游教育国际化和本土化发展思考

摘　　要：西部地区高等旅游教育既要立足本土化,也要走向国际化。国际化是经济全球化和教育创新发展的需要,本土化是文化多元化和民族文化持续发展的需要。通过旅游教育模式的"西为中用"、旅游实习过程的"漂洋过海"、人才培养方式的"中西合璧"构建国际化办学路径,通过专业建设"立足本土",教学内容"凸显本土",科学研究"服务本土"实现本土化人才培养。国际化与本土化的融合发展是西部地区高等旅游教育的必然选择。The tourism higher education in Western China should be on internationalization and localization.Internationalization is the need of economic globalization and the innovation of education development,and localization is the need of cultural diversity and cultural sustainable development.It＇s the path to realize tourism higher education internationalization through the education mode learning from western countries,tourism internship in home and abroad,the talent training mode combined of China and Western education.It＇s the path to realize the localization of talents cultivation through professional construction based on local community,teaching highlight indigenous contents and scientific researches service for local.It＇s an inevitable road of combining internationalization and localization in the the development of tourism higher education in Western China.
