摘  要:HEC集团收购外资公司案历时四年,经历了初次介入、二次尝试及最终收官阶段,成功实现经济危机背景下的"弯道超车"。其成功经验表明,企业收购过程中应明确收购目的、抓住收购时机、准确判断对方出售意图、打造专业性强的收购团队、合理制定后期整合方案,充分发挥收购的协同效应,提升企业的核心竞争力。lasted four years, HEC group has experienced among first intervention, second attempt and final stage, and successful implemented " comer overtaking" under the background of economic crisis. Its successful experience shows that enter- prise acquisition should be clear about acquisition purpose, seize acquisition time, accurately judge sell intentions, ere- ate professional and strong acquisition team, establish reasonable later integration scheme to give fun play to the syner- gistic effect of acquisition and promote enterprise core competitive ability.
