湖南高职高专国际商贸类专业人才培养研究

摘　　要：通过对湖南高校招生计划、湖南省对外贸易的发展、公司人才需求以及毕业生就业信息的研究分析,发现湖南高职高专国际商贸类人才培养总体状况表现为办学院校较多、竞争分化、各专业特色不显著,培养规模呈现出下降趋势等特点,而湖南省外向经济的发展趋势、外向型企业的增长速度以及其外贸专业岗位的特殊性要求,使得湖南国际商贸类人才培养面临着挑战大于机遇的态势。因此,湖南高校应围绕着社会对国际商贸类人才的英语和综合素质不断提高的需求特点,以生源质量和就业专业转化为突破口,及时调整人才培养方案,突出办学特色以形成各自国际商贸类人才培养的核心竞争力。Based on investigation of the change of admission plan, the development of international trade in Hunan, demands of companies and graduatesfeedback, the paper shows the talent training for the students majoring of international business and trade in Higher Vocational - technical Colleges in Hunan is facing more and more competition, no uniqueness of training mode, the declined training scale and so on. Besides, Higher Vocational -technical Colleges in Hunan are meeting with greater challenges than opportunities on the talent training for the development of outward economy of Hu- nan, the increasing export - oriented enterprises and the particularity requirements on new employee of international en- terprises. Therefore, all related colleges should focus on the comprehensive quality and English education and pay atten- tion to the quality of new entering students and the professional conversion capabilities of graduates to improve training scheme and highlight the unique of the talent training so that they will form the core competitive advantage on education and training of international trade talent.
