摘　　要：依法治校是依法治国方略在教育领域和深化教育改革的具体体现,也是加快高教发展的重要内容。能否切实保证依法治校的实现是高校进行管理中必须要解决的问题。依法治校需要从多途径多角度进行落实,本文主要从高校管理者这一角度着手,拟对高校依法治校工作做一些探讨。School management by law is embodiment of managed country by law in education field and deepening education reform,it is an important content to speed up the development of higher education.Whether really ensure the realization of lawful management is the problem should be resolved in the university management.School management by law should be realized through deferent channels and aspects,this paper discussed on the school management by law from the perspective of college and university administrators.
