摘　　要：教学与科研相结合是高等教育发展的客观规律,但是在贯彻落实这一原则时却是困难重重。对刚走上工作岗位的青年教师而言,应该如何协调好教学与科研关系?本文在分析高校青年教师在教学与科研中的矛盾关系的基础上,针对性地提出了一些建议。Combining teaching with researching is the external disciplinarian of higher education development.But it＇s different to carry out this principle.How to assort the relationship between these two aspects for young teachers？ This paper will discuss the contradiction between teaching and researching and then give out some suggestions pertinently.
