摘　　要：高校辅导员工作集学生教育、管理及事务于一体,内容繁杂,任务繁重,应找准学生工作的着力点,紧抓工作重点,攻破工作难点,增强对学生教育管理及服务能力。Colleges full-time counselors＇ work contents are miscellaneous,and the tasks are arduous.As a good counselor,one should find and clutch the focus point in working,break through various difficulties,and strengthen the abilities of the education and management of the students.
