摘　　要：在我国高等职业教育实践中,顶岗实习已作为职业教育中特色一环,加入高职人才培养模式。为使学生顶岗实习过程中自身权益得到保障,同时明确企业权责,增强校企合作、联合办学过程中企业参与的热情,本文就顶岗实习工伤救济,从学生与顶岗实习接收单位法律关系的视角加以讨论。In our country＇s higher vocational education practice,practice,as a feature of professional education reform,joins higher vocational talent training mode.To safeguard students＇ rights in post practice,clarify enterprise right and responsibility,and enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,this paper discusses the industrial injury relief in post practice from the angle of legal relation between the enterprise and students.
