摘　　要：创业教育对于培养个人的首创和冒险精神、创业和独立工作的能力以及技术、社交、管理技能都非常重要。要求高校将创业技能和创业精神作为高等教育的基本目标,提升到与学术研究和职业教育同等重要的地位。美国是世界上创业教育发起最早、程度最高、普及最广的国家。美国创业教育的发展是在探索中逐渐走向成熟的。The education for innovative undertaking plays an important role in cultivating students＇ adventure spirit,innovative undertakin,the ability of working independently,technology,social contact and management skill.It demands that universities take innovative undertaking skill and innovative undertaking spirit as the goal of higher education and raise them to the same important position as academic research and professional education. America is the first country to start innovative undertaking education,has the highest degree and spread the most widely.America innovative undertaking education is developing gradually to be mature by exploration.
