摘　　要：素质教育的提出,是从20世纪90年代初期开始的,到今天,素质教育的相关教育理论与实践已经需要提升到新的高度。结合电气信息类专业学生及该专业的特点,提出如何针对性地实施素质教育的措施及手段,完善电气信息类专业人才培养体系。Putting forward quality education was from the early 1990s,Today,the quality education-related theory and practice has been elevated to new level. Combined the students and the professional characteristics of electrical information,put forward how to implement specific measures and means of quality education, and have improved the system of professional training of electrical information professionals.
