摘　　要：目的了解孕妇RV感染情况及对胎儿的影响。方法以间接ELISA方法随机检测200例孕妇血清及配对新生儿脐血的RV IgM抗体。结果孕妇血清RV IgM阳性率为12.5％;新生儿脐血RV IgM阳性率为1.5％。结论孕妇易感RV,存在RV宫内感染。Objective To investigate the RV infection in pregnant women and its effects on fetus. Methods Two hundred cases of pregnant woman's serum and the paired fetal cord blood were detected for the IgM antibody of RV with indirect ELISA. Results The positive rate of RV IgM antibody was 12. 5% in pregnant woman's serum and 1. 5% in fetal cord blood. Conclusion The pregnant women can be easily infected by RV. There is in-trauterine RV infection.
