契约和谐的三重维度

摘　　要：契约作为人与人相互联系的中介,在社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。契约的价值追求应当是和谐。契约和谐存在三重维度,即契约特殊意志自身的和谐、契约特殊意志与契约特殊意志的和谐、契约特殊意志与契约共同意志的和谐。只有这三重维度的契约和谐同时实现,才能树立和谐社会的契约精神。As an intermediate between person and person ,contracts have become more and more important in society. The value for contract should be harmony. Harmony in contract include three parts ： harmony of special will itself in contract, harmony between special will and special will, and harmony between special will and common will. Only if this triple-dimension harmony is achieved at the same time ,will the contract spirit of a harmonious society be established.
