摘 要:针对安全工程应用型人才培养,分析教育教学中存在的主要问题,如课程设置不合理,学生实践能力差,人文素质欠佳,教学方法缺乏创新,重学术轻实践等。从企业对安全人才的需求出发,分析了安全工程专业学生应该具有的核心能力和知识结构,提出了安全工程人才培养的目标。最后,提出了安全工程应用型人才培养模式,即开放办学,改革教学模式,开放实验室,提高学生动手能力,加强实习过程的监督,提高实习效果,注重双师型教师的培养,校企合作,提高办学质量。The problems in security engineering professional education were investigated, such as curriculum unrea-sonable, poor practice of students, poor humanistic, lack of innovation in teaching methods, light weight of academic and practical. From the business needs of security personnel, the core competencies and knowledge structure were analyzed that the security engineering students should retain, and the goal of safety engineering training was put forward. Training models of applied talents in safety engineering were presented, such as, opening schools, reforming teaching mode, open-ing laboratory for improving their ability, strengthening the supervision and training process to improve the practice effect, paying attention to the cultivation of dual - qualified teachers, cooperation between school and enterprise, and improving the teaching quality.
