摘　　要：民族高校研究生教育管理与普通高校既有共性,更有其特性。其生源特点和学习及研究方式的特点决定了其教育管理的特点。本文分析了这些特点,并提出相关思路与措施。The education management of postgraduate and that of common colleges possess both common characteristics and special features.The characteristics of student resource and learning determine the characteristics of the education management.This paper analyzes these characteristics and proposes relevant countermeasures.
