摘　　要：高校档案管理在近几年得到了飞速发展,这一方面是教育改革发展的必然,另一方面也是素质教育在学校管理方面的体现。但是,高校档案管理尚存在很多问题,有很多不成熟的地方,需要在今后的发展中不断克服,本文拟就这类问题进行探讨,提出相应的对策,希望能对高校档案管理工作起到促进作用。School records management in recent years has been rapid development in this regard is the inevitable development of the education reform,on the other hand,the embodiment of quality education in school management.Colleges and universities,however,file management,there are still many problems,a lot of immature,in the future development continue to overcome,this paper will explore such issues and propose appropriate countermeasures,can help promote the role of college archives management.
