摘　　要：应用型人才培养是新建地方本科院校的理性选择。基于这一人才培养定位,其对应的课程体系则是设计建构应用型人才培养课程体系,这是确保应用型人才培养质量的关键。本文结合济宁学院的实践,对应用型人才培养课程体系的结构设计、教学组织和措施保障情况进行了系统论述。To cultivate applied talents is a rational choice for newly-built local undergraduate colleges, so the corresponding curriculum system design is on the cultivation of applied talents, and it is also the key to ensure the quality of applied talent training.Combined with the practice in Jining University,this paper systematically expounds the design of applied talent training course, teaching organization and ensuring measures.
