摘  要:目的研究抗凋亡基因BcL-2和凋亡基因Bax与卵巢肿瘤发生及预后的关系。方法通过免疫组化方法,用抗BcL-2和Bax的抗体检测72份卵巢肿瘤标本BcL-2和Bax的表达产物,并以正常卵巢12份做对照。结果正常卵巢组织中BcL-2和Bax的阳性检出率为零。在良性及恶性肿瘤组织中BcL-2的阳性检出率分别为18/30、6/42,良恶性之间差异有显著性;Bax的阳性检出率分别为5/30、22/42,良恶性之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。BcL-2在恶性肿瘤WHO分级Ⅰ--Ⅲ级间差异无显著性,Bax在病理分级WHOⅠ-Ⅲ级间差异有显著性。结论 抗凋亡基因BcL-2和凋亡基因Bax的过度表达可能与卵巢肿瘤的发生有关,但是其细胞凋亡的机制及调控方式与非肿瘤组织和其它部位的肿瘤有所不同。推测Bax不仅参与细胞凋亡的调控,而且可能与肿瘤分化及预后有关。Objective To study the expression of anti-apoptosisgene BcL-2, apoptosis gene Bax in ovarian neoplasms and its relationship with ovarian neoplastigenesis and prognosis. Methods The expression of BcL 2, Bax in 72 ovarian neoplasms tissue, and 12 normal ovarian tissue was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results In normal tissue the positive expression of BcL-2, Bax was 0.In benign and malignant tissue, the pos itive expression of BcL-2 and Bax was 60%, 14.3%, 16.7%, 52.4%, respectively. The different expression of BcL-2, Bax between benign and malignant neoplasms was significant. The different expression of BcL-2 in ma lignant neoplasm WHO stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ was not significant. Conclusion The regulation of BcL-2 . Bax differs between normal and neoplastic ovarian tissue, the over expression of BcL-2, Bax is closely related to ovarian neplastigenesis. Moreover, the modulation of these gene in ovarian carcinoma is different compared to other tissue. Therefore tissue specificity is very important.
