摘　　要：本科生导师制是吉首大学文学院在借鉴其他高校的教育管理模式上进行的一种创新性教育管理模式。从大学一年级开始,对学生进行全方位的教育与指导,每一个学生都有自己的指导导师,每一个教师都承担具体的指导任务。The tutorial system for undergraduates is an innovative education management mode which Jishou University adopts based on the teaching management modes in other colleges.From freshman time in University,students receive all-round education and guidance,and each student has his own mentor,while every teacher assumes a specific guiding task.
