摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,公司制已成为现代企业的主要组成形式,而委托代理成本也随之产生,成为业界与学界共同关注的焦点。本文力图从经济伦理的视角阐明该成本的构成,并探索其控制之道。With the high-speed development of our economy,the corporate system has been the main form of the firms already.Besides,agency cost has been coming to be the focus of the industry and academy.We want to clarify the composition of the cost from Ethics angle of view in this paper,and find the way to control it.
