摘　　要：随着全国高校新一轮办学体制改革的逐步深化,高校办学体制也发生很大变化,各高校基层党建工作面临着前所未有的冲击与困惑。本文针对具体困难提出具体应对策略,对基层党建工作有一定指导作用。Nowadays the school-running system for colleges and universities has been changed significantly along with the progressively deepening of the new reform of school-running system nationwide.An unprecedented impact and confusion in grass-root party construction in colleges and universities appeared. The specific strategies were presented in the article in order to solve the specific difficulty and take a guiding function for grass-root party construction work.
