摘　　要：北宋王朝是中国封建发展史上一个重要时期,是中国封建社会由盛入衰的转折点。本文试从"重典治盗贼"这个北宋刑法的重要特点入手,简单介绍北宋刑法"重典"的内容和特色,分析其原因和后果。The Northern Song Dynasty is an important period of China＇s feudal history, and is the turning point of the Chinese feudal society from prosperity to declining. Starting from the important characteristics of the Northern Song Dynasty criminal law,＂severe punishment on thieves＂,this paper attempts to briefly introduces the content and features of ＂severe punishment＂,and analyzes its causes and consequences.
