摘　　要：大学生的就业问题一直是社会关注的热点,独立学院作为普通本科高等学校的重要组成部分,毕业生的就业情况决定着独立学院的生存发展和社会稳定。本文在分析独立学院就业现状的基础之上,针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策,就构建全程性、全方位的就业指导体系提出了建议。The employment problem of university students has been the focus of the society,and the independent college,as an important constituent of undergraduate education,the employment situation of its graduates decides the survival development of independent college and social stability.Based on the analysis of the present situation of independent college employment,this article proposes the corresponding countermeasure to build the overall,comprehensive employment guidance system.
