摘　　要：今年是云南省首次在"国培"的背景下正式举办农村初中化学实验教师的培训,本文通过对本次化学实验教师培训的实施过程和所存在问题的探讨,从参训教师遴选、培训课程设置、培训者等几个方面提出今后培训工作中应予以注意和改进的问题。This is the first year of Yunnan Province to implement the training of chemistry experiment teachers in rural middle schools in the background of ＂National Training Plan＂.This paper explores the implementing of chemistry experiment teacher training and the problems existing,and proposes suggestions from the following aspects：the selection of participating teachers,the setting of training courses and trainers.
