从“90后”大学生心理特征的角度分析辅导员的教育对策

摘　　要："90后"的学生已经踏入了大学的校园,他们给大学留下的第一印象是张扬个性,我们应该说他们的到来给大学校园增添了更加绚烂的一面。但是这也给我们的大学辅导员工作带来了一些需要思考的问题。解决这些问题,提出正确的辅导员教育对策就要从"90后"大学生的心理特征出发,改变传统的思想工作作风,培养出心理健康的合格的社会需要的人才。Students who birthed after 90th have enter universities,and showed character of personality in the universities.We should say that they make our university more colorful.But they also bring some problems about which instructors need to think.Then to solve the problems and make good education strategies we must think of the psychological features of college students birthed after 90th.According to this we can change the traditional strategies and train qualified students for socialist construction.
