摘　　要：办学指导思想是大学的顶层设计,是高校办学的核心问题,关系到高校生存、改革、发展的大局。通过对当前地方师范大学办学指导思想内涵、存在的问题分析,提出了确立地方师范大学办学指导思想的对策。The guiding ideology of running school is the university＇s top-level design,the core issue of higher education,related to the overall situation of the survive,reform and development of the colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the connotation,problem of the guiding ideology and countermeasures is put forward to establish the guiding ideology of running school.
