中药治疗Ⅲ期直肠癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠结合放化疗对Ⅲ期直肠癌患者的疗效与毒副作用。方法依照TNM国际分期标准,选取Ⅲ期直肠癌患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组:观察组40例,采用中药"二莲汤"灌洗联合同步放化疗。对照组40例,采用单纯放化疗,奥沙利铂(L-OHP)130mg/㎡+5%GS 500ml静滴2h,1d;亚叶酸钙(CF)100mg/㎡+GS 250ml静滴1h,1-5d;氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)500mg/㎡+1000ml静滴4h,1-5d,共化疗1周期。放射剂量为60～70Gy。结果观察组总有效率RR(CR+PR)为67.5%;1年生存率为73.6%。对照组总有效率RR(CR+PR)45%;一年生存率为57.2%。观察组毒副作用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠结合放、化疗,能明显缩小病灶,达到降期的目的,以进一步提高Ⅲ期直肠癌患者的手术切除率,降低复发率,缩短了等待手术的时间。同时中药可减轻局部放、化疗的毒副作用。Objvctive to observe the retention enema combined with Chinese traditional medicine to Ⅲ radiation and chemotherapy of colorectal cancer patients and effect of side effects.Methods according to international standard staging TNM, Ⅲ selection of colorectal cancer patients 80 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group： the observation group 40 cases （Chinese medicine ／“two Ephraim soup／” known as irrigation joint chemoradiation）, the control group 40 patients with simple concurrent chemoradiation, plan： oxaliplatin into （L-OHP） 130 mg / m2 ＋ 5% GS500ml static drops 2 h, dl; The folic acid calcium （CF） 100 mg / m2 ＋ GS250ml static drops 1 h, dl - 5; Fluorouracil （5 its） 500 mg / m2 ＋ 1000 ml static drops 4 h, dl - 5, total chemotherapy 1 cycle. The radiation dose for 60 - 70 Gy.Re sults the observation group total effectiveness RR （CR ＋ PR） is 67.5%; A survival rate of 73.6%. Control group total effectiveness RR （CR ＋ PR） 45%; A survival rate of 57.2%. The observation group toxicity was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema combined with put, chemotherapy, can decrease lesions, to drop the purpose of the period, to further improve III period of colorectal cancer patients surgical excision rate and decrease the recurrence rate, shorten the time awaiting surgery. At the same time Chinese traditional medicine can reduce local put, the side effects of chemotherapy.
