摘 要:目的了解指导性音乐想象技术缓解高三学生考试焦虑的效果,为学生考前减压提供科学依据。方法随机抽取广州市某普通高中高三学生32名为研究对象,采用指导性音乐想象技术进行干预,干预前和干预后用考试焦虑量表(TAS)进行评估。结果经过5次干预,被试前、后测考试焦虑得分分别为(18.53±6.84),(16.56±6.82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);女生干预前后考试焦虑得分分别为(20.32±6.24),(17.05±6.67),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高焦虑程度被试干预前后考试焦虑得分分别为(26.15±4.53),(20.92±7.17),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论指导性音乐想象能在一定程度上缓解学生的考试焦虑,对女生和考试焦虑程度高的学生效果更显著。Objective To explore the effects of directive musical imagery on test anxiety in senior three students. Methods Directive musical imagery was conducted on the 32 senior three students selected from a senior school in Guangzhou by random sampling. All participants were assessed with the TAS ( Test Anxiety Scale ) before and after intervention. Results After 5 times intervention, the TAS score was 16.56± 6.82, which was significantly decreased from 18.53 +-6.84(P 〈0.01 ). In particularly, it showed statistical significance in females (20.32± 6.24 vs 17.05 ± 6.67 ) and group with high level anxiety (26.15 ±4. 53 vs 20.92 ± 7.17 ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Directive musical imagery could be an effective way to relieve test anxiety, espe- cially for females and group with high level anxiety.
