摘  要:针对型腔模具电火花成形加工生产中电极数控编程历史知识和经验的重用问题,根据成组技术的原理,提出了基于三维形状检索的电极分类和检索解决方法。其原理是基于电极的三维模型,通过建立在三维极半径曲面矩上的形状特征提取算法,获取电极的形状特征向量,定义闵可夫斯基距离相似性度量算子,自动进行电极类别的划分,进而获取电极标准加工工艺模板。采用形状检索技术来进行电极数控加工工艺分类和检索,可避免人的主观性和片面性,计算速度快,并可获得较高的分类质量和准确的检索结果。Regarding the problem of reusing the knowledge and experience about electrode NC pro- gramming, a resolution method of classification and retrieval of electrode was presented based on 3D model retrieval according to principles of group technology. The main idea was to construct an algo rithm for recognizing the form features of 3D model of electrodes by calculating 3D polar radius sur- face matrix and to acquire a vector of form features, then to define similarity operator of Minkowski distance and to divide electrodes into different classifications automatically, finally to gain the stand- ard templates of electrode NC processes. The adopted method has several advantages such as avoiding human errors and having a fast speed and gaining high quality of classification and accurate retrieval result.
