摘　　要：目的:研究核孔蛋白复合体蛋白88(Nup88)mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:RT-PCR法检测40例乳腺癌及40例乳腺良性病变组织中Nup88mRNA的表达水平。结果:Nup88mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平显著高于乳腺良性病变(P<0.001);乳腺癌组织学分化越低、临床TNM分期越晚、淋巴结有转移,Nup88mRNA表达水平越高(均P<0.05);Nup88mRNA表达与cerbB-2蛋白表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Nup88与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,其表达可作为评估乳腺癌生物学行为的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear pore complex protein 88 （Nup88） mRNA in breast cancer as well as their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Nup88 mRNA expression was examined by RT-PCR in 40 cases with breast cancer and 40 cases with benign breast lesions. Results Nup88 mRNA expression was higher in breast cancer than that in benign breast lesions （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Nup88 mRNA levels are higher in breast cancer tissues with advanced TNM stage, lower histological grade, lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）. There is significant positive correlation between the expression of Nup88 mRNA and cerbB-2 protein expression in breast cancer tissues （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Nup88 may play a role during the cause and development of breast cancer and may be an indicator to evaluate the biological behavior of breast cancer.
