摘　　要：目的:检测卵巢上皮癌中E钙黏蛋白(E-cad)、α-环连蛋白(α-cat)、β-环连蛋白(β-cat)的表达,了解其与卵巢上皮癌临床病理的相关因素。方法:采用免疫组化法,检测E-cad、α-cat、β-cat在10例正常卵巢组织及32例卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达,并观察临床病理指标。结果:E-cad在卵巢上皮癌组织的细胞膜中均有表达,并随着分期越高、分化越低表达强阳性率越低,在黏液性囊腺癌中强阳性率表达比浆液性囊腺癌高。65.6%的卵巢上皮癌组织中α-cat表达为弱阳性,并随着分期越高、分化越低,其弱阳性率越高,在黏液性囊腺癌中的弱阳性表达率比浆液性囊腺癌高。在卵巢上皮癌组织中细胞质及细胞核的β-cat异质性表达占75%,且与分期、分化成正相关。结论:卵巢上皮癌组织中E-cad、α-cat、β-cat的表达异常与肿瘤相关,并与肿瘤的分化、分期有密切的关系。Objective To detect the expressions of E-cadherin, α-catenin and β-catenin in epithelial cancer of ovary and their relationships with its clinical pathological features. Methods The expressions of E-cadherin, α-catenin and β-catenin in 10 cases of normal ovaries and 32 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the clinical pathologic parameters was detected. Results E-cadherin was expressed in the cell membrane of epithelial ovarian cancer. The strong positive rate was decreased as the staging got higher and the differentiation got lower, and that was higher in the mucinous cystadenocarcinoma than that in the serous adenocarcinoma, α-catenin was weakly positive in 65.6% of epithelial ovarian cancer, the weakly positive rate was increased as the staging got higher and the differentiation got lower, and that was higher in mucinous cystadenocarcinoma than that in the serous adenocarcinoma. β-catenin was heterogeneously expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus in 75% of epithelial ovarian cancer, and was positively correlated with the staging and differentiation. Conclusion The expressions of E-cadherin, α-catenin and β- catenin were closely related to the FIGO staging and differentiation of epithelial ovarian cancer.
