香菇多糖注射液提高胃肠癌化疗患者生存质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究香菇多糖注射液对胃肠癌化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:采用随机对照,将172例患者分为两组,治疗组为香菇多糖注射液+全身化疗,对照组仅行全身化疗,2周期后评定患者白细胞、血红蛋白,及肿瘤患者生存质量核心问卷各项指标的变化。结果:香菇多糖组在提高患者血红蛋白指标,改善患者生存质量、躯体功能、角色功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐、便秘、腹泻方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖注射液可改善胃肠癌化疗患者临床症状及毒副反应,使患者生存质量明显提高。Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral solution of lentinan to the quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal cancer during chemotherapy. Methods 172 cases with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group were treated with parenteral solution of lentinan conbined with systemic chemotherapy, control group treated with systemic chemotherapy White blood cell counting, hemoglobin level and the questionnaire for quality of life of cancer patients were evaluated after two cycles of systemic chemotherapy. Results White blood cell counting, hemoglobin level and the quality of life, physical function, role function, relieving patient fatigue, nausea, vomiting, constipation and diarrhea in lentinan group were better than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Parenteral solution of lentinan can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce toxic side effects during chemotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal cancer and markablly. enhance the quality of life.
