摘　　要：针对黄曲霉毒素在家禽饲料中的污染现状及其作用机制,以及黄曲霉毒素对家禽生产性能、繁殖性能及家禽产品影响的研究进展作一综述。The current situation of poultry feeds contaminated by aflatoxin and the damage mechanism of aflatoxin on poultry and the research advance of influence of aflatoxins on poultry performance and its products were reviewed.
