摘　　要：本实验以细胞培养犬瘟热病毒作为包被抗原,建立了检测犬瘟热病毒血清抗体的间接ELISA方法。该检测方法抗原最佳包被浓度为5μg/mL,血清最佳稀释度为1∶100。阻断实验、敏感性实验等结果表明该方法特异性强、重复性较好,可用于犬瘟热血清抗体的定量和定性检测。An indirect ELISA method for detecting antibodies of canine distemper virus （CDV）was established with the antigen canine distemper virus （CDV） from the cell culture.The optimal concentration of antigen was 5 μg/mL and the dilution of serum was 1：100.This method was confirmed to have better repetitiveness and specificity by blocking and sensi- tive test.It could be used for quantitative and qualitative detection on the serum antibodies of CDV.
