儒解《大医精诚》——从《大医精诚》看医者的“五常”

摘　　要：《大医精诚》集中体现了孙思邈的医学伦理思想,显现出三教融合的特征。主要从儒家思想的角度解析《大医精诚》,力求挖掘其中的儒家思想或与儒家思想相通的成分。五常在《大医精诚》中都有充分的体现,是《大医精诚》里大多数医德规范的深层基础,有着历久弥新的价值,对于提高医者素质、处理医患关系有着良好的指导意义。The Spirits of A Great Physician centrally reflects Sun Simiao＇ s medical ethics thought, and reflects the charac- teristics of trinity. This article mainly explains the article the Spirits of A Great Physician from the perspective of Confu- cianism, and tries to discover its Confucian or similar thoughts. The most important five virtues of traditional Confucian- ism are the five constant virtues： benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and fidelity. The five constant virtues are found widely in the Spirits of A Great Physician, and are the deep foundation of most of the medical ethics proposed in the Spirits of A Great Physician, which contains always up-to-date values, and which helps to improve the quality of the doctor and doctor-patient relationships.
