摘　　要：Willis环为大脑主要的侧支循环，其在人群中的结构变异率较高。既往研究显示，结构变异的Willis环为脑缺血的独立危险因素。文章对Willis环的各种结构变异类型及其与脑缺血的关系进行了综述。The circle of Willis is the major cerebral collateral circulation. Its anatomical variation is in populations higher. The previous studies showed that anatomical variation in circle of Willis was an independent risk factor for cerebral ischemia. This article reviews the relationship between the various anatomical variation types of the circle of Willis and cerebral ischemia.
