摘　　要：浸入式虚拟英语学习环境是一种以浸入式虚拟现实技术为依托﹑以解决当前浸入式大学英语教学实施困境为目标的新型大学英语教学环境。在该环境的支持下,传统的浸入式大学英语教学模式可突破时空的羁绊跨越式的转变为高端电脑科技支持下的全新浸入式大学英语教学模式。虚拟现实实验室建设为陕西师范大学成为西北地区第一所教改试点院校创造了新的契机。Immersive Virtual English Learning Environment refers to a brand-new college English teaching environment, which is supported by immersive virtual reality and is targeted at solving the predicaments of implementing the current college English immersion education. Breaking the fetters of time and space, the traditional college English immersion education can be re- formed into the original college English immersion education depending on sophisticated computer science and technology. With the construction of Virtual Reality Laboratory, Sbaanxi Normal University is provided with an excellent opportunity to become the first pilot university for launching the preceding educational reform in the northwest region.
