摘　　要：文章介绍了北部湾经济区港口和交通发展概况,阐述了广西高职院校交通人才培养的现状,从职业教育必须为区域经济发展服务的角度入手,提出了广西高职院校培养交通人才的思路与建议。The article introduced the situation of ports and transport development in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,described the current situation of traffic personnel training in Guangxi vocational colleges,and from the aspect that the vocational education must serve the regional economic development,it proposed the ideas and suggestions of training the traffic personnel by Guangxi vocational colleges.
