摘　　要：作者以全新的视角,剖析了煤炭产业发展业态的几种形态、各业态产生的社会经济背景、各业态特征及优缺点比较、业态发展的对策方略等。业态发展问题对煤炭企业的未来战略决策尤其是产业战略决策关系十分重大,意义深远。With a full new view, the paper analyzed several forms of coal industrial development format; the social and econom- ic background occurred from each format, comparison on the features and the advantages and disadvantages of each format, the countermeasure and the general plan of the format development. The issue of the format development would be very impor- tant and great significances to the decision making on the future strategy of the coal enterprises, specially to the decision mak- ing on the industrial strategy.
