摘　　要：本研究对1200名体育院校新生进行心理健康状况调查。采用大学生人格健康问卷(UPI)进行分层整群随机抽查,结果发现,11.67%的学生存在明显心理问题,27.76%的学生存在一般心理问题;并且女生发生心理问题的比率要显著高于男生;城市学生的心理健康状况明显优于乡镇以及农村学生;体育院校新生遇到的主要问题是在乎他人的看法、对事情需要反复确认、胆小、思想不集中等方面。并根据研究结果提出了相应的对策与措施。This paper studies on the mental condition of 1200 freshmen from sports colleges.With UPI,the writers find that 11.67% of the students have significant psychological problems,27.76% of the students have general psychological problems;And psychological problems of the girls are significantly higher than the percentage of boys;Urban students＇ mental health is superior to villages and towns,and rural students;The major problems sports college freshmen experiences is that they care about others＇ opinions,repeatedly confirm things,timid,lack of concentration,and so on.On the basis of the results,corresponding strategies and measures are proposed.
