长三角国家高新区发展创新型经济的研究——基于企业集群创新网络视阈

摘　　要：长三角国家高新区适应全球经济结构调整趋势发展创新型经济,这是新形势下高新区可持续发展的保证。从优化企业集群创新网络视阈,提出加强集群创新网络与高新区互为增强对创新资源、要素资源的集聚效应,推动创新主体间协同进化机制以及利用市场机制协同整合高新区内各类要素资源、创新资源的优化配置,实现集群创新网络升级,促进高新区向创新型经济演进。长三角国家高新区创新驱动发展战略的实施必须提升中小科技型企业自主创新能力,加强支撑网络的主体建设,培育集群创新文化,整合集群内外部资源。The high-tech zones within the Yangtze River Delta adapts themselves to the structural reorganization of global economy,and can ensure the sustainable development of these high-tech zones.The promotion of innovative economy can be realized at the following aspects,namely,the optimization of innovative network in industrial integration,the centralization of innovative and keynote resources,and the advocating of collaboration among innovative subjects.Meanwhile,various resources should be integrated within the high-tech zones on the basis of markets.The implements of such innovative strategies should aim at the self-innovation of medium and small-sized industries,supportive network should be strengthened,and innovative culture should be fostered.
