摘  要:目的:讨论老年缺血性脑血管病并2型糖尿病与正常老年人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平的差异。方法:选择2012年1-3月经本院确诊的老年缺血性脑血管病患者并2型糖尿病患者60例为观察组,单纯缺血性脑血管病患者60例为脑血管病组,同时选择同期在本院进行半胱氨酸检测的健康老年人60例作为健康组,使用酶联免疫吸附法测量三组血清同型半胱氨酸。结果:观察组的血清半胱氨酸值为(18.12±4.26)μmol/L,与健康组(12.83±4.48)μmol/L比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与脑血管组(17.89±4.12)μmol/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:观察组半胱氨酸要显著高于正常人群,是危害老年人群的独立危险因素。因此,缺血性脑血管病患者需要密切关注血清同型半胱氨酸,以防止意外情况。Objective: To discuss the difference of the level of serum homocysteine between elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal elderly people. Method: 60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed in the hospital from 2012 January to March were selected as the observation group, 60 patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease were selected as cerebrovascular disease group, and 60 healthy elderly people were selected as health group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum homocysteine. Result: The serum homocysteine value of the observation group was (18.12±4.26)μmol/L, which showed significant difference compared healthy group(12.83±4.48) μmol/L(P0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the cerebrovascular group (17.89±4.12) μmol/L(P0.05). Conclusion: Serum homocysteine in the observation group is significantly higher than that in normal people. Serum homocysteine is the independent risk factor for elderly population. Therefore, patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease need pay close attention to serum homocysteine to prevent accidental situation.
