摘　　要：在我国高等教育大众化的阶段,中医教育自身发展规律决定了中医人才培养的精英特征;而中医学的文化属性又决定了在培养中医精英人才的同时,通识教育的重要性和必要性。以此思想为指导,笔者对现有的中医专业的人才培养模式进行了改革尝试,以期培养符合中医规律、具有中医思维,具备文化底蕴的高素质的中医人才。After entering the stage of popular higher education in our country, its own developed law of TCM education determines the elite characteristics of TCM Talent nurturing. Meanwhile, the cultural character of TCM determines the importance and necessity of general education. On the basis of these thought, the author attempts to reform existing pattern of TCM education. In the hope of cultivate talents who accord with TCM law, possess TCM thinking and have cultural foundation.
