摘　　要：目的探讨在结肠充气状态下通过螺旋CT扫描解决结肠癌分期的准确性。方法对32例术前经螺旋CT结肠充气成像拟诊结肠癌并初步分期与临床手术病理结果进行比较。结果 32例患者正确诊断为结肠癌的占30例,分期判断正确的占24例,误诊息肉为结肠癌的占2例。结论在结肠充气状态下螺旋CT扫描诊断结肠癌有很高的价值,但在结肠癌分期方面还有一定的局限性。Objective Discussion on colonic inflated condition by spiral CT scanning colon cancer staging accuracy.Methods In 32 patients bY preoperative spiral CT pneumocolon imaging to diagnosis of colon cancer the initial staging and pathological results were compared with clinical operation.Results In32 patients the correct diagnosis for colon cancer accounted for 30 cases, staging judgement correctly accounted for 24 cases ,misdiagnosed as colon polyps of 2 cases.Conelusion In the colon of the inflated state spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of colon cancer has a very high value,but in the colon cancer staging has sore limitations.
